Largest Twin Cities Venture Capital Deals in 2022

The Business Journal compiled this list using information from Crunchbase and original Business Journal reporting. The List covers pre-seed, seed, series, venture, angel and convertible note funding rounds raised in 2022. The full size of the round is reported, even if a company only closed on a portion of a financing package during the 2022 calendar year. The list of investors may not be exhaustive. Where NA is listed, participating investors were not reported. Compute North, No. 2 on The List, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in September 2022. It has since sold off a number of its assets to settle some of its debts, according to published reports. Its website is not active, and it has vacated its former Eden Prairie office. Gravie is listed twice because the company underwent two separately reported funding rounds.
