Laser Spine founder sells Belleair home to KnowBe4 Inc. founder (Photos)


The founder of KnowBe4 Inc. has purchased a sprawling waterfront estate in Belleair that's been on and off the market since 2010.

Stu Sjouwerman confirmed that he paid $7.9 million for the property, a 12,935-square-foot home with 171 feet of water frontage. The seller, Laser Spine Institute founder Dr. James St. Louis, paid $10.25 million for the home in 2008, according to Pinellas County property records. It was first listed for sale in 2010, priced at more than $14 million.
