Ogden Multifamily Partners LLC aims to open new apartments in January at its Nine10 at Land Place building in a Milwaukee neighborhood north of Brady Street.
The building, with 30 apartments, is built into a bluff along East Land Place, offering views of the nearby Milwaukee River and Brewer’s Hill, and downtown’s high-rises. It also is near Ogden’s offices, in an area where it has been active in building new apartments since the recession.
