Construction on an Aldi coming to the Oakleaf Town Center shopping mall near Oakleaf Plantation in Clay County is set to start.
Deerfield Construction Co. Inc. has been awarded a permit to build a 20,967-square-foot structure for an Aldi grocery store.
The job is valued at $2,481,217, according to the permit.
