The head of Leadership Pittsburgh has joined the board of First Commonwealth Financial Corp., the Indiana, Pennsylvania-based bank announced on Friday.
Aradhna Oliphant has been president and CEO of the organization for leadership identification, development and recruitment since 2004.
First Commonwealth (NYSE:FCF) is the 11th-largest bank in the 10-county Pittsburgh metro, according to deposit market share.
