Leawood startup Companion Protect wants to make pet insurance mainstream


Fresh off a $27 million Series A, Companion Protect is on a mission to make pet insurance mainstream and easily accessible. Co-founder and CEO Chuck Laue says the startup already has gained notable traction, landing clients such as Liberty Mutual Insurance.
