Legislators seek ER regulations following Somerville woman’s death outside hospital


Legislative leaders are hoping to establish regulations for Massachusetts emergency departments and lift the cap on hospital malpractice lawsuits after a Somerville woman died from an asthma attack at the door of a locked Somerville hospital emergency room.
