Minneapolis building home to Zumbro Café could be redeveloped


The owner of a small commercial property, currently home to Zumbro Cafe in Minneapolis' Linden Hills neighborhood, wants to redevelop the site.

The developer, Edina-based Minneapolis Holding Co. LLC, plans a four-story building at 4300 Upton Ave. S. The new building would include about 10,000 square feet of office space and around 800 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
