Local artist plans ‘unique’ 12-acre artist sanctuary and performance venue in Bellevue


Music City is home to nearly 200 performance venues, but local artist Stacie Flood-Popp still sees a gap. Flood-Popp is now planning The Radicle, a 12-acre artist campus in Bellevue with an amphitheater, artist in residence house and a "creativity hideaway"— a type of venue the city has never seen.
