Long-delayed Cambridge condo project breaks ground


Needham-based Nauset Construction has broken ground on St. James Place, a long-delayed 46-unit condominium complex in Cambridge’s Porter Square neighborhood.

Acorn Holdings LLC is developing the project at 2013 Massachusetts Ave., a lot adjacent to St. James’s Episcopal Church that houses an out-of-use car wash.
