Louisville nonprofit to kick off $2.5M capital campaign for West End project


ElderServe Inc. will launch a $2.5 million capital campaign in April to help it expand its adult day health center in the Russell neighborhood.

Patty Belden, the chief development officer for ElderServe, said in an interview that half of the building at 631 S. 28th St., where its center located, is unoccupied. The capital campaign will finance the renovation of that half of the building for ElderServe's use, allowing the senior-services organization to more than double its capacity at the center.…
