Plans for two separate luxury townhome developments in Birmingham have taken a step forward.
The Vestavia Hills Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the Vestavia Hills City Council approve the rezoning from Vestavia Hills Institutional to Vestavia Hills R-9 of 3771 Fairhaven Drive and 3783 Fairhaven Drive, reports the Vestavia Voice.
Charles Kessler plans to build three luxury townhomes at 3771 Fairhaven Drive and four at 3783 Fairhaven Drive.
