Maryland auto dealer buys rebuilt Florida oceanfront home for $19M (Photos)


Jack Antwerpen, one of the largest auto dealers in Maryland, and wife Dolores Antwerpen paid $18.5 million for a newly reconstructed home in Gulf Stream.

The 14,222-square-foot home was sold by 3777 N. Ocean Blvd LLC, managed by Florida real estate investor Robert G. Fessler. The price equated to $1,301 per square foot.

His company acquired the 0.6-acre property along the ocean for $7.6 million in 2017. The home, which originally dated to 1994, was completely rebuilt with upgraded features, said…
