Sales of single-family homes on Maui rose by 18% in October as the median price declined by 5.5%, compared to the same month last year, while the median price of a condominium rose 3% on fewer sales, according to statistics from the Realtors Association of Maui.
There were 104 single-family homes sold on Maui last month, an 18.2% increase from 88 sold in October 2018. The median price of those homes was $732,000, which was a decline of 5.5% from $774,223 in October 2018.
