Fallon Co. leans on hotels and apartments in proposed first phase of Nashville development


Chairman Joe Fallon pledged to Nashville officials that he would spend at least 25% of his time in Nashville overseeing the $1.5 billion development around the Titans stadium, which is set to include a 40-story hotel and hundreds of apartments.
