The Home Builders Association of Dayton has officially announced its new CEO, Eric Farrell.
Farrell's previous experience primarily focuses on building group consensus, advocating for a cause and building visibility and relationships within the community, he said. He has served as the director of strategic initiatives and projects at the University of Dayton, along with executive director of the NCAA First Four Local Organizing Committee.
