Miami’s Tricera Capital buys more real estate in St. Pete’s Edge district, including Bodega’s building


The Miami investors who've spent millions buying and fixing up real estate in St. Petersburg's Edge district have added two more properties to their portfolio.

Tricera Capital has acquired 1100-1114 and 1122-1128 Central Ave.

The building at 1100-1114 Central Ave. is 18,585 square feet and positioned at the corner of Central Avenue and 11th Street South, with two floors of office space above five storefronts along Central Avenue.
