Milwaukee apartment rents rising as rates taper off nationwide


As apartment rents nationwide have decreased and are leveling off, rents in Milwaukee are rising again after a few months of decline.

That's according to the latest data from the online listing service Apartment List, which also found that Milwaukee is among the top five large U.S. cities when it came to month-over-month rent growth in January.
