Milwaukee plummets on small-business friendliness list, report says


A new survey on how cities rank for small-business friendliness gives Milwaukee a near failing grade, just two years after scoring an A-minus for overall friendliness.

San Francisco-based Thumbtack revealed this week that Milwaukee ranks an overall D+ grade in the company's Small-Business Friendliness Survey. The city ranks 39 out of 44 U.S. cities that were ranked.
