Minneapolis Area Realtors apologizes for role in racial disparities in homeownership, announces changes


The Minneapolis Area Realtors group apologized on Wednesday for its role in contributing to the racial homeownership gap while providing plans to help remedy the situation into the future.

Executives and board members for the Realtors group, convening for a news conference at its Edina office on Wednesday, announced policy changes it will make to help minimize the racial disparities.
