The second phase of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport's extensive restaurant overhaul is fully underway. Three of the 30 new restaurants planned throughout 2019 at Terminal 1's concourses have already opened, with more scheduled to launch in the coming months.
Caribou Coffee, the first new concept launched, opened in May. Full-service restaurant City Point Bar, along with Minnesota-based Blue Door Pub, opened in early August.
