Missouri may award $20M for South Loop Link — if KC “shows up” with local match

A Missouri House committee included a $20 million allocation for Kansas City's South Loop Link project in a recent amendment to a state appropriations bill. A 50/50 local match would be required if the bill receives Gov. Mike Parson's signature.
