Mobile payment giant AnywhereCommerce sues Ingenico, claims interference with First Data business


In a complaint filed Dec. 20 in federal court in Atlanta, AnywhereCommerce charges that Ingenico tortiously interfered with AnywhereCommerce's business and "thieved" AnywhereCommerce's trade secrets and business plans, "continuing to profit from that theft."
