Modular developer R2 Building has a new plan in the works in Oakland. This time, it’s staying mid-rise

R2's predecessor RAD Urban set out to build Oakland's first two modular high-rises. But with one of those properties sold and another for sale, the developer appears to be shifting its focus to mid-rise.
