Mohanna Development Co. is doubling down on its bet for smaller residential units in Sacramento's urban core, with a new project featuring hotel rooms, apartments and a floor of "co-living."
The 15-story project, called 10K, would be at 920, 924 and 930 K St., on the site of three empty buildings Mohanna Development bought in 2015 on the southwest corner of 10th and K streets.
