Sales of Oahu luxury properties rise 30% in July


Sales of luxury residential properties on Oahu — defined as single-family homes and condominiums priced at $1.5 million and above — rose by 31 percent in July, topped by the $15 million sale of a Kailua beachfront estate, according to an analysis by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties.

There were a total of 47 luxury properties sold on Oahu last month, compared to 36 properties sold in July 2017. The median price of those homes was $1.96 million, an increase of 13 percent from $1.74 million…
