Multnomah County plans to sell its historic courthouse to a busy Portland real estate investor


As expected, Multnomah County has whittled down the list of bidders for its historic downtown courthouse to one who's offered up $28 million for the building.

Portland's NBP Capital, which has been busy in Portland of late, plans to buy the 275,000-square-foot building and lease it back to the county for at least two years while the county's new courthouse approaches completion.
