Nashville's 37203 ZIP code is topping national charts in apartment construction. The area, which includes parts of downtown, the Gulch, Midtown and Wedgewood-Houston, ranks fourth in the country for new apartments behind two Washington, D.C., ZIP codes and Queens, New York, according to a recent study.
