Colorado-based Century Communities Inc. (NYSE: CCS) will develop a master-planned community in the growing community of Fulshear.
A grand opening for Polo Ranch is slated for June 2019, according to an Oct. 16 press release. The new community will target first-time buyers by offering homes starting in the $160,000s with floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 3,400 square feet. Amenities will include a recreation center with a pool plus playgrounds and parks.
