According to a recent report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, 85 percent of homes in the metropolitan market are selling within 60 days, starting from the moment the home hits the market to the closing process.
The biggest chunk of homes being sold in that short amount of time are priced under $300,000. In the month of June, homes in that category accounted for 68 percent of the total 2,369 homes sold in the four-county area.
