Pivotal Group submits proposal for reimagined “The Central Park” mixed-use project


A grandiose plan first proposed in 2020 by Phoenix developer Pivotal Group on one of the highest-profile intersections in the Valley has been revamped to drastically reduce the amount of office space in favor of much more residential usage.
