Through the first three months of 2018, new home sales are slightly off the pace from a year ago, when sales were the strongest in a decade. Here are some other takeaways from the newest report from the North State Building Industry Association.
1. In March, the association reported 437 sales at 138 “communities” in the region, which includes the Yuba-Sutter area as well as Sacramento, Placer, Yolo and El Dorado counties. That was 61 homes better than the previous month.
