Vacasa chief commercial officer exits, COO role elevated


Portland-based Vacasa (Nasdaq: VCSA) is shuffling executives once again with the exit of chief commercial officer Craig Smith.

Smith’s executive role ended Feb. 6, and his last day with the company is March 13, according to a regulatory filing with the Security and Exchange Commission. Smith joined Vacasa in 2021 as chief operating officer and last fall was installed as chief commercial officer.
