Southtown residents looking for a laugh on Friday and Saturdays nights no longer need to leave the neighborhood.
Jokesters 22 Pub 'N Grub, a bar and comedy club, has opened at 713 S. Alamo St. next to Bar America. Owned by Marsha Mahaffey, a 20-year service industry veteran, the 3,395-square-foot space includes a small bar on one end of the building and a comedy room on the other.
