Coronado Center has seen a lot of change over the past year.
Gordmans closed its doors and Sears halved its space, but the mall has welcomed a slate of new stores and restaurants. Like most malls across the country, Coronado is diversifying its offerings with spots like Escape the Room and Round One, a Japanese-based entertainment company that opened last month.
But it's also sticking with restaurants and sweet spots like Rusty Taco and Menchies Frozen Yogurt, which are set to move into the mall.…
