The Grid, a $500 million mixed-use district, is also developing a new retail building to house Hopdoddy and Snooze. At build-out, The Grid will include 350,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants; 2,400 residential units; several hotels; a health club; several "pocket parks" and more.
