Newton’s Life Image acquired by a Raleigh firm to create world’s ‘largest medical image exchange network’


On the heels of landing a $400 million investment from Boston-based private equity firm TA Associates, a growing Raleigh company has acquired its Newton-based competitor. The deal paves the way for "the largest medical image exchange network in the world."
