Northern Kentucky is reminding the rest of the Bluegrass State, home of one of America’s national liquors, that it too has claim to the state’s bourbon heritage with the Kentucky’s Edge festival going on this weekend.

Kentucky’s Edge is a first-time festival celebrating the state’s northern reach’s contributions to the distilled liquor. It's being held Oct. 4 and 5. Flip through the photos for a look inside.
