Hawaii-based Nordic PCL Construction has been awarded a military contract worth $41.47 million for the construction of an F-22 fighter alert facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam.
The facility will be built at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam with a completion date of Dec. 31, 2020. The funds were obligated from the fiscal 2016 military construction budget, the Department of Defense said in its announcement on Monday.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was the contracting authority.
