The number of single-family homes sold on Oahu in September dropped 17 percent, compared to the same month last year, as the median price hit a new all-time record of $812,500, according to statistics from the Honolulu Board of Realtors.
The median price of a single-family home last month was a 6.9 percent increase from $760,000 in September 2017, and surpassed the all-time record of $810,000 that was set in August. The previous high before that was $795,000, set in June 2017.
