The Bourse Marketplace gets pop-up beer garden, block party before summer debut


In time for Fourth of July, Philadelphia residents and visitors will get a taste of the much-anticipated Bourse Marketplace with a week's worth of festivities that includes a pop-up beer garden, block party and hard-hat tours of the multimillion dollar renovation's progress.

Set to open this summer, The Bourse is in the final stretch of its $22.5 million transformation into an upscale food hall. The final project will have about 30 food tenants (see below).
