Only office parks with multiple buildings are included on this list. Information provided by Cushman and Wakefield Inc. Properties must have more than one tenant occupying space to be eligible. Owner-occupied and single-tenant properties are not eligible. Flex space––defined as properties with overhead doors––is considered industrial and not included.
