Early Uber investor buys Miami Beach mansion for $17M


A trust headed by Shervin Pishevar, an early investor in Uber and co-founder of the proposed Hyperloop One rapid transit system, bought a waterfront mansion in Miami Beach.

Fortuna 4647 Pine Tree Drive, managed by Brazilian show dog breeder Victor Malzoni Jr., sold the 13,178-square-foot home at 4647 Pine Tree Drive to the trust led by Pishevar. The price equated to $1,290 per square foot.

Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty brokered the deal.
