Office vacancy hits decade-long high point in Silicon Valley in 2023’s second quarter

Silicon Valley is seeing office vacancy rates at levels it hasn't reached in more than a decade, hitting 18% in the second quarter of 2023, according to a new analysis by the commercial real estate firm CBRE.
