One North Carolina pro sports owner could see quick windfall from sports betting bill

North Carolina lawmakers are days away from passing a sports betting bill that likely would open a new source of revenue for Carolina Hurricanes owner Tom Dundon – and keep him from moving the team in search of additional revenue.
