Orlando construction company ordered to pay $100k+ in back wages


A Winter Garden-based commercial construction company was ordered to pay more than $100,000 in back wages following a U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division investigation.

KBL Buildings Inc. will pay $111,197 in back wages to 100 employees after the Department of Labor found the construction company violated overtime and recordkeeping provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, according to the department.
