Orono estate on Lake Minnetonka’s Crystal Bay sells for $7.6 million


An Orono estate with more than 600 feet of shoreline along Lake Minnetonka has sold for just over $7.6 million.

Custom-built in 2020, the home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and spans 10,077 square feet, according to a description of the home on Realtor.com. The property, located at 3017 North Shore Drive, sits on about 3.4 acres of land south facing Crystal Bay.
