Texas could land another headquarters move soon. Airborne Motorworks, a Washington-based company developing next-generation wind turbines and propulsion drive systems with wide-ranging applications, is strongly considering Dallas-Fort Worth for a potentially large factory, as well as its corporate headquarters.
