The Pompano Beach Architecture Appearance Committee will review plans for an Outback Steakhouse at 3571 N. Federal Highway on Dec. 17.
If ultimately approved, the eatery would occupy 6,697 square feet in a new building. The property owner, Whitney LLC., is seeking approval to build the restaurant on an existing parcel on the Shopper's Haven Shopping Center site, according to the agenda. There was formerly a building on the parcel, which was demolished last year. The property is now vacant.
