Overall sales declined for Atlanta’s largest commercial real estate brokerages last year

The largest 25 brokerages in Atlanta reported more than $146.8 billion in sales and leasing transactions out of the local office for 2022, a decrease of 6.54% from the largest 25 in the year prior.
